3-Month Program
Eight-session program over the span of 12 weeks including an initial consultation session of 60 minutes, with follow up sessions every other week of 30 minutes each. My 3-month program includes an in-depth assessment of client's dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and health goals; personalized macronutrient and calorie breakdown specific to client’s goals; initial plan development with SMART goals updated each session; behavior change counseling; and message check-in on off weeks. This is my most popular program.

6-Month Program
Fourteen-session program over the span of 24 weeks including an initial consultation session of 60 minutes, with follow up sessions every other week of 30 minutes each. My 6-month program includes an in-depth assessment of client's dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and health goals; personalized macronutrient and calorie breakdown specific to client’s goals; initial plan development with SMART goals updated each session; behavior change counseling; and message check-in on off weeks. The 6-month program allows client more time to work through their goals. Our 6-month program is ideal for long term sustainable weight loss.

Monthly Follow Up Sessions
Monthly follow ups are 30-minute continued accountability sessions after completion of a 3-, 6-month program, or 5-session package. This includes progress tracking, plan adjustments, behavior change counseling, and continued support. These are only available to clients that have completed a 3-month program or a 6-month program.

5-Session Package
This package includes an initial consultation session during first month of 60 minutes and 4 monthly follow up sessions of 30 minutes. This package is beneficial for clients that need slightly less accountability. It includes an in-depth assessment of client's dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and health goals; personalized macronutrient and calorie breakdown specific to client’s goals; initial plan development with SMART goals updated each session.

Single Session
A single 1-hour session is for clients with highly motivated personalities. It includes an in-depth assessment of client's dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and health goals; personalized macronutrient and calorie breakdown specific to client’s goals; initial plan development with SMART goals for 30 minutes; and behavioral change counseling for 30 minutes. This option is great for clients wanting education on specialized diets or an in-depth review of specific nutrition topics (e.g., macronutrients needs, fueling for athletes, or hydration). Single sessions can be purchased as many times as needed.

Other Information
Monthly payment plans are available.
All sessions will be conducted via a HIPAA secure telehealth platform.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through Healthie.
The clients paying by card are responsible for Healthie’s credit card processing fees.
All clients that complete either the 3-month or 6-month programs will always receive 10% off renewal of the 3-month or 6-month programs.
